PATRIOTIC EAGLES painted in the computer by D'Lynn Waldron, PhD ©. Any American Legion Post, VFW, VA Hospital, or veterans group, that would like to use these eagles is most welcome to do so without charge or restriction. E-mail me and I will send the images in very high resolutiont- what is here on the web is low resolution. (Below is the angry eagle)

D'Lynn's eagles are original digital paintings (the flag is a digital photo). The original version of the stern eagle was the very first work of computer fine art done in 24 bit color with a pressure sensitive stylus. D'Lynn got to do that because she told the code writers how the driver of the first Wacom tablet could be made to work and so got to use it first, which was back in the 1980's using a Mac II. She later did much higher res versions for publication with a flag and other backgrounds. The next year after the stern eagle she did the angry eagle above for a magazine cover. After 9/11, she composited the angry eagle over the photo of a flag. A version of the stern eagle was done in August 2004 for the American Legion, with the American Legion emblem on it, another version of the eagle was used to celebrate the Anniversary of the Harley.
